It's quite possible that you'll already know our Managing Director, Lee Kennedy. He remains heavily involved in auditing our Customers nationwide to ensure we deliver an unprecedented service to each and every one. He is not only a respected and hugely knowledgeable Safety Advisor, but a mentor to his staff, a husband, friend and ex-serviceman with a keen eye for detail and a passion for cars.
"I was involved in an accident at work and this changed my life; I had to stop one career and look for something new; I didn't want anyone to go through this same experience and decided I wanted to help people remain safe. I made a decision to work in an industry that I have always been fascinated with - the motor trade is an industry that changes constantly and, as an avid petrol head, it gives me the opportunity to work around engines, workshops and vehicles of all shapes and sizes!"
It is clear to anyone who meets Lee that he is passionate about Health & Safety and that he is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure standards are not just met, but exceeded. When he's not scoping out new development tools, expansion plans or implementing new and efficient systems, he finds time to spend with his devoted family - his reason for starting KVF (the Company name happens to be the initials of his wife and children also) in the first place.
